CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We’re quick to process your order, but you can try to catch us in time before your order is shipped. E-mail us at hello@acfclothing.com or use our chat function on the website and we’ll try our best to help you out.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

There are 3 ways to check the status:

1. Click on the link in your shipping confirmation email.

2. Check your order status in your account on our website

3. Contact us at hello@acfclothing.com and a dedicated team member can give you an update on the status of your delivery.

I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM.

Contact us directly at hello@acfclothing.com with your order number and damaged problem. If you can, include a photo too. A member from A.C.F will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of your return for replacement, repair or refund.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES?

Items are currently shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that all import duties, customs and local sales taxes are payable by the recipient. The country you are shipping to levies this. All prices on the site do not include taxes or duties.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

A signature is required to ensure your package has arrived safely. Your item(s) can then also be removed from insurance coverage.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

Most sizes are based on the standard US guidelines so you can take your normal size however to be extra sure, compare your measurements (Bust,
Waist, Hips) with our Size Guide to see which size best matches you.

Slimmer or oversized fits will also be noted in the product details section of each style. If you are still unsure, feel free to reach us at hello@acfclothing.com or contact us on our online chat and an A.C.F member can help you out.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 14 calendar days from when you receive your shipment. Item(s) must remain in new condition with all original tags still attached. Contact us at hello@acfclothing.com to arrange a RA number and let us know that you are sending back your item and the reason for it, the shipping cost of the return is not covered by A.C.F unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are applicable to the full price of the item(s) only and will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Clothing that has been worn, altered or damaged is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges are conditional on the size and style availability.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order once we receive your return. It will take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the amount in your statement. The amount of your refund will be credited to your original payment method used to make the purchase. Once A.C.F has processed your refund, we will send a confirmation email.

MY RETURN IS LATE

Merchandise received within 7 days after our 14-day return policy is non-refundable but is eligible for online credit.

Item(s) that don’t fall within either if these time frames will automatically be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is in a new condition with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged is non-returnable and non-refundable.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IN HONG KONG?

We offer FREE delivery in Hong Kong, including Kowloon and outlying islands.

NOT IN HONG KONG?

We ship internationally giving you 3 options for price and speed!

– Standard delivery 10-20 days: $4.99

– Fast delivery 5-7 days: $9.99

– Express delivery 2-5 days: $29.99

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

The date of delivery depends on your location and shipping service method. This can vary between 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. Extra 1-2 business days may be required for order processing. Orders received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, will be fulfilled on the next business day (Monday–Friday, except holidays). Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guideline only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

A.C.F can’t ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a valid street address. A change of address will result in a correction charge, levied by the delivery provider. Your delivery may be delayed.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

Your package will be insured from our warehouse to your destination shipping address. Theft and accidental damages are covered during this time.

MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK.

Feel free to contact us if it says the size and style you are after is out of stock, but no promises. Inventory should be accurate on the website.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You don’t need an account to complete an order. But, registering with us will open up the following benefits with A.C.F:

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT IS SECURE?

At A.C.F we use Stripe Checkout for a secure payment flow from order creation to completion. Your html URL will change from HTTP to HTTPS once you land on the payment page. This SSL technology runs fraud prevention, and encrypts and protects data. The padlock symbol means the connection is entirely secure to safely transmit your personal and payment details through our system. Only the last four digits of your credit card number and expiration date will be stored.
